• The residence covers a surface area of 1200m², divided across three chalet-type buildings and an extensive gardened area. It has a capacity for 60 residents, in single or double rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
• The residence provides full board and accommodation. The dining room, with its own kitchen staff, offers the residents a high-quality, balanced diet every day of the week.
• The residents have internet access with ADSL connections in their rooms without any additional cost, and a telephone service. In addition, all the residence is equipped with WIFI.
